The mission of The Goode Practice is to provide a space where clients of Color—of all gender identities and sexual orientations—can find affirmation and healing. To that end, we are recruiting passionate, competent, and affirming therapists to join our growing group practice in Towson!

The Goode Practice is the premier private practice serving BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients in the Baltimore region, providing clinically and culturally competent care. We’re looking for special clinicians to help us expand and serve more clients. We want to work with other therapists who are committed to social justice, empowerment, advocacy, as well as clinical excellence. Our therapists provide individual, group, and couple psychotherapy to a diverse group of clients ranging in age from adolescence to older adulthood. We’re looking for clinicians who are open to sharing their knowledge with the next generation of therapists. And we’re looking for therapists who are unabashed in their commitment to making the world a better place.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including company-paid life insurance, disability insurance, retirement contribution matching, funding for continuing education, and 20 days of paid leave per year.
