Lyla Wadia (she/her/hers) is a registered psychology associate under the supervision of Dr. David Goode-Cross and is currently working towards her doctoral degree in clinical psychology at Loyola University Maryland. Lyla has experience working with adults in outpatient, inpatient and hospital-based settings. Her professional interests include working with individuals who are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties. She also enjoys working with international students and professionals that might be experiencing challenges adapting to a new environment. Lyla utilizes an integrated approach to therapy that incorporates multicultural considerations, and psychodynamic, person-centered and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches. Lyla is currently accepting adult individual and couples clients.
